SG Culture Pass: Ticket to Arts, Heritage & Lifestyle in Singapore

The government announced the SG Culture Pass on 1 September 2025 as part of SG60. Every eligible Singapore Citizen receives digital credits to enjoy arts, heritage, and cultural experiences. What is a SG Culture Pass for?

  • It offers S$100 in digital credits to offset ticket costs for selected arts, cultural, and heritage experiences.
  • The goal is to encourage citizens to discover, engage with, and enjoy Singapore’s vibrant cultural landscape.

Who is eligible for the SG Culture Pass?

  • Singapore Citizens aged 18 and above as of 2025—defined as born on or before 31 December 2007, and SG Citizens as of 31 December 2024.
  • Permanent Residents (PRs) and non-citizens are not eligible.

SG Culture Pass Expiry

  • Credits are valid from 1 September 2025 to 31 December 2028, and you must use them for events happening within that period.

How to claim the SG Culture Pass credits?

  • Access is via the official sgculturepass.gov.sg website starting 1 September 2025.
  • You’ll receive an SMS from a gov.sg Sender ID notifying you when credits are available.
  • Log in using Singpass, set up your profile, and the credits will be activated.

How to redeem the credits?

  • Browse and choose eligible programmes on the official SG Culture Pass website.
  • Click “Get Tickets” to be redirected to a partner platform: Sistic, BookMyShow, Klook, Pelago, GlobalTix, Trip.com.
  • At checkout, select “SG Culture Pass” as payment.
  • Log in via Singpass if prompted, and your credits will be applied.
  • Pay any remaining balance with PayNow or card if needed.

Can I use the credits for theatre shows ?

  • Yes! You can use your credits for theatre performances, musicals, acting workshops, and dramatic readings.

  • After redemption, check your remaining balance and transaction history on the sgculturepass.gov.sg website.
