The heartfelt music video beautifully portrays the tender bond between a man and his dog, delivering Jin’s powerful message: true happiness lies in cherishing loved ones and appreciating life’s simplest pleasures.
During his appearance on Lee Mujin Service Show, Jin shares an unforgettable behind-the-scene moment where he got the MV director fearing for his live.
“They wanted to me drive like I was dodging something. Luckily, I am an excellent driver, so I went for it. The director freaked out and yelled, ‘Oh! I don’t want to die! Please don’t do that!’ I told him, ‘Didn’t you just tell me to?’ He replied, ‘No, I just wanted you to pretend’. I said, ‘But it looks more real this way, right?’ He kept shouting after that.”

A Stellar Solo Debut
Released on November 15, ‘HAPPY‘ marks Jin’s first full-length solo album, featuring 6 tracks, including the pre-release single, ‘I’ll Be There’ and the lead track, ‘Running Wild‘.

When asked about releasing his first solo album ‘HAPPY‘, Jin shares while laughing,
“It’s very meaningful to release a solo album under my name, and I hope fans enjoy it. I also hope that everyone who listens to this album feels happy. I had a lot of input in this album, so it’s full of my own tastes. I’d be thrilled if people respond with, “This song is great!” or, “I want to listen to it again.”

Jin’s ‘HAPPY’ boasts an impressive lineup of collaborations, including RED VELVET’s Wendy on the poignant ballad, ‘Heart On The Window’. In Seoul, Wendy joins Jin on stage for his ‘Happy Special Stage LIVE’, much to fans’ delight. Jin couldn’t help but gush about her vocal skills.
Jin exclaims,
“How can she sing this well?” It took me 3 to 4 days to record this song. Wendy recorded her part flawlessly in just one session and it was so good, the quality. So, “How are you so good at singing?” I asked. “I don’t really like how I sound here, I want to record it one more time” was her answer. “Wow, how can she be unsatisfied?” was what I thought to myself. She’s very good.”
